The automatic paper roll vacuum chuck can load and unload unwrapped paper rolls, and the pressure ring on the suction cup can automatically adjust the vacuum pressure according to the size of the paper roll, thereby achieving efficient input/output of the paper roll.

Equipped with two independent vacuum pumps, one for creating a vacuum environment during operation and the other as a backup vacuum pump or for enhanced suction. The vacuum pump uses a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) power supply or power generation backup device to avoid the loss of suction when power off and the vacuum level will be continuously monitored to prevent the paper roll from falling due to pressure drop.

Because the storage management software WCS and WMS can continuously track and record the exact location of each roll, it ensures that paper rolls are no longer lost or become obsolete due to forgetting the paper roll.
