1. Required construction site conditions
The construction site should have sufficient areas in order to provide space for vehicle steering during surface handling and for mobile vehicle standing and lifting. The construction site should also be equipped with three-phase and two-phase power switch.

1) Construction drawings review system and site technical disclosure system should be strictly followed. Elaborate organization and construction should be done. The product quality should be guaranteed through the work quality that the raw material, rails and additional materials quality should be monitored upon their entry into the plant. Key positions and key processes should be strictly monitored that constructions can be done in strict compliance with the construction drawings, construction regulations, standards and technical documents.
2) Construction personnel on special work duties must possess relevant certificates.
3) The quality ‘three-check (including self-check, mutual check and special check) system must be strictly followed. Check records should be carefully filled out with signature for confirmation prior to filing. The hidden construction work must be jointly checked with Pass confirmed by the site instructing engineers from the equipment manufacturer, monitoring agency and special check personnel and be well recorded before being transferred to the next construction process.
4）Technical archives compiling and filing system should be strengthened in order to ensure the files are in good order upon the project completion.
3. Safety and technical assurance measures
1) Safe construction technical regulations on system installation and relevant labor safety regulations should be strictly followed.
2) All the construction personnel must be fully aware of and comply with the management system of your esteemed company. With the ‘Safety First’concept in mind, the constructions must be under the guidance of dedicated person. The construction pre-shift meeting should be held in serious manner to announce safety precautions, set out the tasks, construction methods and quality requirements. Safety inspection should be carried out in the whole process of construction to eliminate accidents hazard.
3) The construction personnel should wear safety PPE and use the safety belt correctly. Stop the offender’s work once it’s discovered.
4) All the power supply should be marked with ‘No switch-on, Under construction’ signs, which should be removed upon the machine installation completion.
5) Security line and separation barrier should be set up on the construction site with obvious safety warning signs in order to ensure the normal operation of other work.
6) Use the lifting sling correctly and fix them firmly. Pay close attention to the actions of the installed rails, machines and tools, especially the completeness and fixing and connecting firmness of lifting rail, wire ropes and strapped joint as well as the reliability of auto-crane brake etc.
7) Choose the right lifting point and lifting auxiliary structure. Pay attention to the right positioning of each rail part and the correct connection in the air, especially to ensure the connections are firm, effective and in compliance with the installation regulations.
8) Fire-fighting measures should be implemented at the site electrogas welding and fire-work fields. All the gas cutting welding work must be monitored by dedicated person.
9) Oxygen and acetylene cylinders should be placed and used in accordance with China national rules.
10) Rail installation must be done in strict compliance with China national and industrial construction safety standards.
11) Full-time or part-time safety personnel must be employed.
12) Construction safety must be guaranteed consistent with safety requirements.
