1. Hook (1)Dismount all the Hook head, shaft, beam, pulley block, bearings, check the condition, clean and lubricate if necessary. (2)Check the wear condition of the dangerous cross section. (3)Test the hook. (4)Check the condition of hook plate. 1>Crack is not allowed on the hook, beam and pulley block. The screw cannot be loosened. The bearing should be in good condition. Rotate the pulley, if find out the cutter mark or crack on the tool escape, please change it. 2>If the wear of the dangerous cross section is more than 10% compare to the original height, please change it. 3>After the repairing, testing and checking is necessary for the hook. Hanging the 1.25 maltaple weight compare to lifting capacity in 10 minutes, the mouth of hook should be opened less than 0.25% compare to the original size. After unloading the deformation and crack are not allowed. 4>After riveting for the hook plate, the gap between the plates should be less than 0.3 mm. 2. Steel Wire Rope (1)Check wire break (2)Check the wear loss on radial direction (3)Check deformation (4)Lubrication checking 1>If the wire break in more than 10% in one lay length, the wire rope should be scraped. 2>If wear loss on radial direction is more than 40%, the whole wire rope should be scraped. 3>If the diameter is less than 70% compare to the original size, rope core leak out, or broken strand, the wire rope should be scraped and change the new one. 4>Before lubrication, clean the rope with steel brush and kerosene. Soak the wire rop into Q/SY1152-65 or SYA1405-65 until it is saturated. 3. Pulley Block (1)Dismount and clean the pulley, check the crack (2)Check the condition of pulley groove (3)Check the condition of axle hole (4)Assembly 1>The pulley shaft cannot have crack, shaft neck cannot be worn 30% compare to original diameter, conicity should be less than 5%, if out of this number, should be changed. 2>Use the sample plate to check the pulley groove, the radial wear should be less than 30% compare to the wall thickness, otherwise should be scraped. If less than that, repair it. After repairing, check with the sample plate and the gap should be less than 5mm. The deviation between the center line of the groove and pulley should be less than 0.2mm. The deviation between the rope groove center and face profile should be less than 1mm. 3>After the repairing of the crane, the axle hole allow the flaw which is less than 0.25CM2, the depth should be less than 4mm. 4>After assembly, the pulley can be turned easily by hand, lateral swing should be less than D/1000. D-pulley’s diameter. 4. Wire Rope Drum (1)The Wire rope groove (2)The Drum surface (3)The Drum Shaft (4)Assembly and installation 1>If the rope groove is more than 2mm, should be re-machined, After repairing, the groove should meet the drawing requirement, but the thickness for the drum can’t be less than 81% compare to the original size. 2>The crack is not allowed in the drum surface, out-of-roundness can’t be obviously. The screws can’t be loosened. 3>The crack is not allowed in the drum shaft, after repairing should meet the drawing requirement. If the wearis more 5%D, change it. 4>The center line of the drum shaft should parallel with the supporting surface of the trolley frame. The deviation should be less than 1mm/m. After install the drum, the deviation of the center lines should be less than 0.15mm.
